I’ve spent over 40 years in brick-and-mortar sales — including 30 years running my own debt-free retail store in Tampa, Florida. Through all the ups and downs, one truth has never changed: people don’t come back because of a clever pitch or a flashy product… they come back because they’re people we genuinely cared for.
