Who we are

Hi, I’m Ben Smith — a lifelong salesperson, small business owner, and firm believer that the best way to sell is to care.

I’ve been in the golf retail world for over 40 years, and for the past 30, I’ve run my own small brick-and-mortar business. I’ve seen the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, but one thing has always stayed the same: people want to be treated with honesty, respect, and kindness.

My first real experience in sales started when I was just 11 years old, working at my parents’ golf and tennis shop in Tampa. That’s where I learned how to listen, serve, and genuinely connect with customers. And that’s the heart of everything I do today.

I’m not here to pressure, manipulate, or use gimmicks. I’m here to help people find what fits — their needs, their goals, and their story. I believe trust is earned over time, and it starts by showing people you care.

Whether I’m helping someone pick out their first set of clubs, training a team, or working with CEOs, the mission is always the same: make it personal, make it honest, and make it matter.

The world isn’t always like that. I want to be different — and I want to make a difference.
